By accessing and taking service Phone And Laptop Ltd, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions:
- Our commitment is to repair your device to the best of our abilities. We use genuine and high-quality parts, and employ trained professionals. Repair timelines vary depending on the nature of the work involved.
- We provide a warranty for repairs against defects. However, it does not cover accidental/liquid damage, physical impacts, owner misuse after repair etc.
- Diagnostics are mandatory and non-refundable to determine device faults. If repair costs increase or faults are found post-repair, we will update you before further work. Unrepaired devices will be returned subject to a diagnosis fee.
- Existing device damage before repair is not our responsibility. We disclaim liability for further damage during repair. Liquid-damaged devices can develop hidden issues later outside our control.
- Collect repaired devices promptly to avoid storage charges. Uncollected devices may be recycled after 10 weeks.
- Be cautious, Manufacturer warranty may no longer apply post third-party repair. Courier packaging defect is the customer’s responsibility.
- By requesting a warranty claim, you accept these terms and warranty conditions.
